Keith’s knowledge and passion are a game-changer for me and my clients.

My name is Brendan Kelly. I’m a director at Kelly Tax Services. We’ve been in existence for about six years, and I’ve been working with Keith at Paramount now since its inception. 

A number of years back, we both worked at the same legal firm. I was doing trusts and advisory work, and Keith was doing the financial advisory work, and we had synergy with one another in what we did. 

I started working with Keith because we had a similar way of thinking about things and about working with our clients. We had that same passion for what we did, and it gave us an opportunity to work with one another and do the same thing that clients loved us doing, which was looking after them. 

Keith has been able to provide my clients with a good, detailed background of what their needs are. For instance, if I suggested someone sign up for a Whole of Life Policy, he would tell me whether a Relevant Life Policy is more suitable. He makes sure that I know exactly what my clients need before I pass them on to him. 

Working with Keith through Paramount has helped my clients reach a new level of understanding about the types of things that Keith can provide, be it insurance policies or pension advice. Actually, I’d say pension advice in particular, because it can be so complicated. 

The reason that I use Keith at Paramount is that he understands the complexities that clients go through, and sometimes we deal with a similar type of thing. There’s a crossover, and I know that he understands it, and I know that he can explain his side of it, and I can explain my side, which really helps the clients. 

What gives me confidence in recommending Paramount to my clients is working closely with Keith. Initially meeting him and getting an understanding of his knowledge and what he can bring to my clients – it’s a game changer, for my clients and for myself as well.

If I were to describe Keith in three words, they would be: interesting, passionate, and empathetic. 

What I value most about working with Keith at Paramount is his knowledge and understanding. He really is passionate about his clients, and that works for me; it’s an easy introduction. 

I would recommend Keith to other people within my network. I have a good network, and I like to do introductions, and Keith is just one of those guys that I think will get on with anyone I introduce him to, and it’s already worked.
