Advice-led, not product-led
We never reverse-engineer advice to fit products. Every recommendation starts with strategy, including tax, structure, timing, and trade-offs, and only then do we decide what, if anything, to implement. If the right answer is to do nothing, that is exactly what we advise.
Chartered, specialist planning – not generic wealth management
We operate at the technical end of financial planning, including pensions, tax planning, estate planning, and complex client scenarios. This is not “model portfolio plus annual review” advice; it is joined-up planning for clients whose finances have outgrown generic solutions.
Independent thinking inside a regulated framework
We deliberately chose a modern network structure that gives: full regulatory protection and professional indemnity cover, complete investment and product independence, and the freedom to design bespoke planning strategies. Clients receive institutional-grade oversight without institutional complacency.
Transparent, fair fees
Most financial planners charge a percentage of assets with no upper limit. We believe fees should be fair, transparent, and aligned with the value of advice. We absorb the cost of the initial meeting, cap initial advice fees at £5,000, and ongoing fees at £7,500 per product managed. Once the cap is reached, further growth benefits the client, not the adviser.
Fewer clients, deeper relationships
We intentionally limit our client numbers to ensure direct access to the adviser, avoid hand-offs to juniors, and provide proactive, rather than reactive, planning. We work best with clients who value strategic thinking, not just execution.
Built for modern clients, not legacy processes
We use technology to improve outcomes, not to impress. This includes better cashflow modelling, smarter portfolio monitoring, and more frequent planning touchpoints. The goal is better decisions, faster.

Most advisers charge an initial fee of around 1–3%, often uncapped, and ongoing fees of 0.75–1% per year, typically with no upper limit. Fees rise as portfolios grow, regardless of added complexity or work.
Our approach is different:
For many clients, particularly those with larger or growing portfolios, this structure results in lower total fees over time, even as the quality and depth of advice increase. For others, costs may be similar, but the structure is clearer, fairer, and easier to review.
